Patients may book directly with a Psychiatrist or Psychologist, or consult one of our Family Doctors for guidance and referral.

Psychiatry
Led by Dr Jaime L. Galán, Consultant Psychiatrist, our psychiatry service provides expert assessment and medical management of conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and complex psychiatric presentations. Treatment plans are evidence-based, structured, and individually tailored.
Psychology
Our Clinical Psychology service, including Lynn Gruwez and colleagues, supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. Therapy approaches include CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapies, EMDR, and integrative trauma-focused work
Child Psychology
We provide specialist psychological support for children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioural, developmental, or school-related challenges. We work closely with families to promote resilience, healthy development, and long-term wellbeing.
Neurophysiology
When clinically indicated, neurophysiological assessments may be arranged to evaluate brain and nervous system function, supporting diagnostic clarification in both adults and children.
