Lynn Gruwez – Psychologist

Lynn Gruwez is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties, amongst others.

Lynn takes a holistic, person-centred and non-judgemental approach, offering a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their difficulties at their own pace. She believes that effective therapy begins with understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms, and tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs and life context.
