Chantel Richmond – Administration

Chantel Richmond is a long-standing member of the Triay Medical Centre administrative team and has been working at the clinic since 2008. Originally from Blackpool in the United Kingdom, she has lived in Spain for more than 20 years and speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.

With a background in education and childcare through her qualification with the N.N.E.B (Nursery Nursing Education Board), Chantel developed strong organisational and interpersonal skills early in her career. She later transitioned into administrative and reception roles, where her calm, structured approach and attention to detail have made her an invaluable part of the clinic’s daily operations.

At Triay Medical Centre, Chantel supports patients from the moment they contact the clinic. She assists with appointment bookings by phone and WhatsApp, coordinates patient flow within the clinic, manages payments and invoices, and helps ensure that consultations run smoothly throughout the day.

Known for her thoughtful and professional manner, Chantel creates a calm and reassuring atmosphere for patients. She works closely with the medical team and external partners, helping coordinate the many practical aspects that allow the clinic to function efficiently.

Outside of work, Chantel enjoys dancing — particularly flamenco — as well as staying active through regular training at the gym. The passion and expression of flamenco beautifully reflect her warm and caring nature.
